Scope of Work : Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for BMS System
The scope of work includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Johnson Controls (JCI) Metasys Building Management System for the Golden Gate Tower project in Riyadh.
Work activities include installation of controllers, field devices, and control panels; configuration of control logic; and integration with HVAC and other building services. Functional testing, calibration, and optimization are carried out to ensure stable and efficient operation. Final deliverables include test reports, system backups, and training prior to client handover.
